# Sunday Choir Studio FAQ

## How do I make a Closed on Sunday AI video?

Sign in, upload one clear adult photo, choose Robes or Halloween and select 480p or 720p. Buy enough credits, generate and download the finished silent MP4.

## How do the modes differ?

Robes uses classic choir clothing; Halloween gives the choir a seasonal look. Both use the same 13-second landscape format and credit rates.

## Does the video include music?

No. The export is silent. Add available platform-library audio when posting.

## Is there a free trial?

No. The minimum $5 pack adds 500 credits and covers one 480p video at 442 credits, leaving 58. A 720p clip needs 988 credits; the $10 pack covers one.

## What happens if generation fails?

Credits charged for a confirmed failed task are returned automatically after refund processing. Refresh the task and balance; contact support if the credits remain missing.
